All Carbon Wheels carbon rims and wheelsets are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
- Structural failure under normal use conditions
- Delamination of carbon layers
- Defects in braking surface (rim brake models)
- Hub bearing failure within warranty period
What's Not Covered
- Crash damage or impact damage
- Normal wear and tear (brake tracks, bearing wear)
- Damage from improper installation or maintenance
- Damage from exceeding stated weight limits
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
How to Claim
Email support@carbonwheels.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of how the damage occurred. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
