30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmodified products in original packaging.
Steps
- Email support@carbonwheels.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided (return shipping at buyer's cost)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Custom-built wheelsets are not eligible for return unless defective. Rims, accessories, and non-custom items can be returned if unused.
