The Beginning

It started in 2009 with a simple question: why do carbon wheels cost so much? Our founders — a group of engineers and competitive cyclists — knew that the manufacturing cost didn't justify the retail price. They set out to change that.

The Craft

Every carbon rim begins as a carefully designed layup schedule. Our engineering team uses finite element analysis to optimize each rim profile for its intended discipline — whether that's a featherweight XC rim or a bombproof downhill wheelset.

The rims are laid up by hand using premium Toray carbon fiber, then cured under precise temperature and pressure in our autoclave. After curing, each rim undergoes rigorous quality checks including radial and lateral trueness, weight tolerance, and impact testing.

Direct to You

By selling directly from our factory, we eliminate the middlemen and their markups. The result: wheels that compete with (and often outperform) brands costing 2-3x more. We pass the savings to you, the rider.
